The Tasty Weasel Taproom at Oskar Blues Brewery will make a donation to United Way of Transylvania County based on the community support demonstrated at the facility on Monday, August 20th.
“We encourage folks who are curious about United Way of Transylvania County, and our current supporters, to stop by the Tasty Weasel Taproom on Monday the 20th for a brewery tour and to learn more about United Way community programs,” said United Way Board Member Rick Houck.
United Way supporters are encouraged to visit the Tasty Weasel Taproom between the hours of noon and 9 p.m. The brewery tour starts at 4:00, and the Old Time Music Jam runs from 6 until 8 p.m.
“We’re so appreciative of Oskar Blues Brewery’s support of United Way of Transylvania County’s work in early childhood education, homelessness prevention, financial literacy, and more. We look forward to meeting other community-minded people at Making a Difference Monday on August 20th,” added United Way Board Member Nicola Karesh.
